Police seek help on Captain Cook clashShare

Police are appealing for information and dashcam vision following an incident on the Captain Cook Highway on Saturday, 20 September.

Initial information indicates around 3.30pm, two motorcycles were following a white Nissan Elgrand van, before driving dangerously and damaging the van.

The driver of the van pulled into a fuel station and a verbal altercation with both motorcycle riders ensued.

The motorcycles then followed the van to Smithfield Police Station before fleeing.

Officers are urging anyone with relevant information or dashcam vision from the Captain Cook Highway around 3.30pm, to come forward.

Investigations are ongoing.
