You know Christmas has truly arrived when carols are being sung by candlelight.

This Sunday (December 21) the Mossman park where the markets are usually held on Foxton Avenue will be hosting the Carols Under the Raintrees event from 5pm.

The evening kicks off with free craft activities for children, while food vans will be in operation.

Then, from 6.30pm, the Voices of the Norths choir will lead the carols, with participants invited to bring chairs and a rug and join in - free LED candles are provided.

Carols Under the Raintrees, a combined churches event, is at St David Church grounds, Mossman, Sunday, December 21, from 5pm.
