Lucky escape after car and bike collide in Port Douglas

A vehicle and bicycle have collided in a minor crash on Port Douglas Road this morning.
A QAS spokesperson said emergency services were called to the scene at 9:08am.
The cyclist, reportedly an adult male, suffered a hip injury.
He was transported to Mossman Hospital in a stable condition.
